Returns and Refunds


Our return policy is valid for 7 days, upon receiving your purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if the 7 days surpasses.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition than supplied/received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return logged is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your enquiry. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 working days.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale item

Refund on sale items will be to the value of the purchased price on the date of sale.


This warranty does not apply to any defect in goods supplied arising from fear wear and tear,
damage while in transit, incidental or accidental damage, wilful damage, negligence by the user or any third party, used for any other purpose than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow supplier instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without supplier approval.
